My car was finished and no one came to let us know, we
My car was finished and no one came to let us know, we waited an extra 40 minutes, I just happened to see the young man who actually changed the oil pass by where we were standing outside and he told us that he finished the car some 30 minutes ago. I stood there at the counter waiting a while bc no one was there, until a young lady was walking by and ask did we need help,and she told us d system was down. I feel that they should have come to get us and let us know what was going on instead of us having to wait all that unnecessary time for no reason. After we left, the light in my dashboard for on star came on and we had to bring it right back. Blake said that he had to order the part , so he will let me know when to bring the car back

I have been coming to get my car serviced there for a long time normally oil changes on the regular the serviced department ALWAYS HAVE a new face in the serviced department working which make it difficult to build trust with the dealership as a whole!! The last experience i had with the dealership which was June 2026 was my worst experience there.... I miss Mr. Dan the older gentleman who drove u around wen your car was getting serviced!

I was treated with respect as to what my budget was, and he was able to put me in a car far exceeding my wants. Without hesitation, Jimmy spent time with us explaining features on the car. I am thrilled to know we have such a wonderful, caring dealership right here in our town of Columbia. When it came time for the financing, Kasch Utz was right on the dime. We also told him what we could afford, and he assisted us with our budget in mind. He was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and flawless. He is good with numbers and was very personable during the process. Walt Massey GMC is highly recommended by us!!
